Cheers. Really need to get out and do more with it.

Shame the weather has been so crap, Loch Lomond is next on the list, grabbed this last week.

That's well impressive. Makes me want to buy a drone, what are the rules for flying drones? do you need insurance in case it falls out of the air and hits something?

The rules are tricky and different for amateur use and commercial.
Generally for amateur use you are ok to use as long as not over busy roads, with 50m of a person and sport events are no.

No one seems to follow the rules though so I anticipate a bit of a clampdown in coming years as they become more popular.

Great video! Have been thinking about getting one and wanted to future proof it video wise so was thinking on the one on the link - happy to hear an experienced droner's view on it.

I flew over Glasgow today on the way home. Really clear too so could see the whole Clyde estuary out to the islands. Up over Ben Nevis too, the whole area north of Ft William was white

I'd stick with a DJI Phantom product, much more popular and easier to get parts for should the worst happen!
