Erskine Classic Car Show, 28 July

Postby LindyLou » Sun Feb 11, 2018 12:44 pm

Saturday 28 July at Braehead Arena.
Received registration form in the post this week and returned with check, noting Tartan Tarmac as club name requested on the form.
Always a highlight in my summer calendar.

Marci will probably still be off the road by July so will be a "no show" which I am gutted by since it is an excellent show we both love. Still probably come down for it though and make a weekend of it in the big smoke - car show during the day, curry at night then unfortunately probably IKEA next day to keep Fiona sweet ;)

You'll need to book her a space for Avril's Christmas trips down to Ikea https://www.facebook.com/avrilstravel/

Weekend all planned. Finish at lunchtime to get down road in reasonable time, drum and monkey for a few libations then pizza punk tonight. Show tomorrow and more drum and monkey then charcoals for my fav Indian on sat night. Sunday, well, obligatory ikea run for candles and such like rubbish.
We were going to take the boxster but weather a bit unpredictable so que the thirsty cayenne. Looking forward to this, one of my fav shows of the year and hope to have the old girl fixed by next year for it.
Safe driving to all attending
