997 turbo or C4S

Sold my absolutely stunning pastel yellow 993 Turbo, had it since 2007. Never really got on with it, didn't like the steering. Loved looking at it, but didn't enjoy driving it. Got a nice offer from Hexagon and of it went. :D :D
Most people will think I'm mad selling away a 12k miles 993 Turbo, but no point having it if not enjoying driving it.
My 964 gives me plenty of air cooled thrills.

Had that AL plate for years Al. Wasn't on my 993 (B16 POR) was on that. But felt 6 AL was wasted being tucked away on a car that was hardly used. Intend to use the 997 Turbo as often as possible.

The 996 turbo has been sold and I've replaced it with this:

OK, it's not a 997 or even a Porsche. However, it's still a looker and much faster. Well, over a ploughed field anyway.

And here it is in it's natural habitat:

I've not given up on another turbo. I'm going to hold off for now until I can afford a 991 turbo.

May I ask what you got for it? I'm looking for real market values as I'm wondering when to let go of mine?

The specialist I bought it from sold it on my behalf so I don't know if he got the asking price (£50k). He paid me the amount I asked for so he probably did.

I'll be keeping mine for this year at least, but your Rangie looks great. Need to see at a breakfast meet. :D

Can't see your turbo losing any money in the next year as there is still a high demand for them. Enjoying the Disco Sport and I'm amazed at the amount of attention it's attracting. Probably even more than the Porsche !!

Back in a Porsche again. Last chance to buy a nearly new n/a flat 6 Porsche and savour that sound. Can't see me replacing it with a 718 unless they replace the engine.
