First up we had news of the latest happenings at Ecurie Ecosse that they will be running their 2014 Spec BMW Z4 GT3 in both Blancpain Endurance Series and Avon Tyres British GT Championship. Their drivers for this season will be Marco Attard and Alexander Sims. Does anyone else think their Z4 looks awesome and that BMW should have made another M version of the current car?
Next we were all looking forward to watching Touring Car Legends presented by Tiff Needell. Did anyone manage to catch it? The 80s and 90s had to be the best eras for me but it’s nearly impossible to pick out a favourite car. If pushed I’d have to go with the Sierra Cosworth RS500 due to its sheer domination. and the second being Top Gear Koreea (did anyone else not know that exists?) crashing an $11m helicopter after using it to race a Corvette ZR 1.
The question was then posed: “is this the greatest rally car ever rebuilt?”
