Have you noticed that it’s turned a little wintery outside? Since we like to look after you all we’ve organised this year’s winter venue and it’s a bit special. That’s right, this winter our last Sunday of the month Breakfast Meets are going to be held at the Riverside Museum!
For the most part, the traditional TT Breakfast Meet format will remain the same: park up, look at cars, chat about cars and have something to eat/drink. The slight difference is that you’ll have the choice of parking next to the Riverside Museum, on the concourse, or just using their normal carpark (it’s run by Glasgow City Council and costs £1).
For those wishing to park on the concourse (some great photo opportunities), you’ll need to be in sharpish to get marshalled in, and you’ll need to stay until 12 when the cars will be marshalled out together. You’ll also need to bring a drip tray for your car or bike, but this can just be a bit of cardboard.
Food and drink wise, you’ll have the choice of using the catering van outside the museum or sitting in comfort in the inside cafe.
Remember, there’s no car snobbery at Breakfast Meets and we’re all as happy to see your pride and joy from the 1960s as your brand new supercar from 2017.
